The explanation of the Dumbbell Row 1. Look for a sturdy bench. 2. Place your knee on the bench and your other hand in front of you. 3. Make sure your back is straight and tighten your stomach and buttock muscles. 4. Inhale and pull the weight up close to the side of your body, keeping your elbow at an angle. 5. Breathe out at the end of the exercise and lower the weight carefully. 6. Make sure your arm is not fully stretched at the end of the exercise. This keeps the tension on the muscles during the execution. 7. For maximum results, make sure that your body is slightly rotated at the end of the pulling movement so that you increase the maximum muscle tone slightly.
